Within each plot, residential units are combined in urban fabrics especially designed to best fit the morphological characteristics specific of each area, maximizing, per each unit, the opportunities of South orientation and direct unobstructed view of the lake.

Following this principle, the heights of the building and density ratios decrease from the exterior perimeter of the plot toward the lake, minimizing the impact of the settlements of the waterfront, where the lowest density typologies, combined villas and townhouses with patios reach the maximum height of 3 floors.
