On July 24, USC-SJTU Institute of Cultural and Creative Industry (ICCI) visited Kokaistudios and Andrea Destefanis, our Co-founder and Principal Architect gave participants an introduction to the Principles that under pin Kokaistudios' re-purposing / urban renewal work and the positive impacts of the renewal projects on the city in terms of creative industries. At last, he led the group to Shimao Festival City for a site visit.
