In July 2019, The Built and Environment Faculty of Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands organized CHEOPS study trip to Hong Kong and Shanghai. On July 24, CHEOPS visited Kokaistudios and Andrea Destefanis, our Co-founder and Principal Architect gave participants an introduction to the Principles that under pin Kokaistudios' re-purposing / urban renewal work. And then he led the group to Shimao Festival City for a site visit.
