Kokaistudios was invited to develop the architectural and interior design for a series of 6 new low-rise office buildings in a discreet plot in Shanghai’s central Jing'an district. After careful analysis and research, Kokaistudios developed a "hidden garden" scheme which integrates the 6 buildings and a lush landscape into an organic environment where spacious internal and external courtyards are designed to provide an oasis style work environment in a central city location. This project is currently under the final stage of construction.
