Kokaistudios co-founder and principal architect Filippo Gabbiani has recently spoken at ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Hong Kong on a panel focused on Impactful Regenerative Development Project – Adaptive reuse/Mixed Use/Case Studies. With over 700 leaders from all sectors of the real estate industry in attendance Filippo introduced Kokaistudios’ latest urban regeneration and adaptive reuse projects, including Beijing COFCO Plaza and the Former Kunming Rubber Factory renovation; which both have demonstrated how reuse projects can breathe new life into cities.
