On July 7, the 10th CREDAWARD Ceremony was successfully held at New Bund 31 Performing Arts Center in Shanghai. Beijing Poly Plaza, designed by Kokaistudios, won the Merit Award in the Urban Regeneration category. The award was based on the evaluation criteria of "Architectural Aesthetics, Environment Priority, User Experience, Economic Benefits", and the final presentation of the project was given by Pietro Peyron (Associate Partner and Architecture Design Director, Kokaistudios) and Mavis Lian (Associate Partner and Business Development Director, Kokaistudios). In addition, Pietro Peyron has been honored as the "Elite Design Brand Leader".
