The Plan Award, organized by the remarkable Italian magazine The Plan, has just revealed its 2024 shortlist. Kokaistudios' Beijing Poly Plaza and Dubai Mall China Town have been shortlisted into the Renovation and Interior categories respectively. A panel of leading architectural design professionals and academics will evaluate the finalists and announce the final winners for each category at an awards ceremony to be held in November.
