XINTIANDI GALLERIA is located in the vibrant Greater Xintiandi area, Shanghai. It is bordered by Xizang Road to the east and Huaihai Road to the north, while being conveniently adjacent to Taipingqiao Park and Xintiandi‘s Shikumen lanes to the west. In 2018, Kokaistudios was commissioned by Shui On Group to lead the architecture and interior design of the commercial space within this project.
On April 18, 2025, the Huangpu venue—one of the two main exhibition sites of the Shanghai International Flower Show—officially opened, setting the tone for a springtime celebration in Greater Xintiandi under the theme “Blooming Flowers.” As a highlight of the flower show, Dongtai Market Blooming Whisper took center stage at XINTIANDI GALLERIA, which will open later this year, transforming the heart of the city into a blooming garden market for eight days, and marking the public debut of Dongtai Road after a decade.
