Kokaistudios is delighted to have its project Shanghai Suhe MixC World presented at THE 100 ARCHITECTS OF THE YEAR 2025, an international juried exhibition jointly organized by the Korean Institute of Architects and the International Union of Architects. The exhibition took place from October 21 to 25 at Nodeul Island Complex Cultural Space on the Han River in Seoul, as part of the Korea International Architecture Festival.
Launched in 2014, THE 100 ARCHITECTS OF THE YEAR marked its twelfth edition this year. As stated in its curatorial mission, the exhibition aims "to bridge cutting-edge trends with architects' personal philosophies, and cultural dimensions of architecture with the general public." Reflecting this vision, Shanghai Suhe MixC World demonstrates Kokaistudios' approach to redefining commercial architecture as a civic landscape—one that provides accessible green spaces for recreation, wellbeing, and community gathering within the dense urban fabric of Shanghai.
