On October 18, the BAU Congress China 2024 successfully concluded at Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. Li Wei, Associate Partner and Architecture Design Director of Kokaistudios was invited to deliver a speech under “Repair and Reuse” Forum. The forum was hosted by Professor Zhang Xiaochun from Tongji University, featured three expert speakers — Zhang Xushen (MVRDV Shanghai Office Director), Du Zhexi (David Chipperfield Architects Shanghai Office Project Director) and Li Wei — who shared their experiences with notable architectural renewal projects in Shanghai and abroad.
